1. Do I have to supply the donor bike for the build?

​

No, we will source the bike for you. We buy all our bikes directly from Triumph and official Triumph retailers across the country. This ensures we can output the highest quality craftsmanship with each build.

2. Do you offer financing?

 

We do not offer any financing on our motorcycles.​

3. Do you offer any other customization options?

 

Depending on the ask, we are happy to accommodate most requests. Whether there is a paint color we don't offer or something else you're looking for–we'll try and make it happen.​

4. Do you require a deposit?

​

For every build we require a deposit of 10% the total estimated cost of the motorcycle.

5. How long will it take?

​

From the moment the donor bike arrives at the shop, we guarantee a build time of no more than 30 days. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

6. I’m having trouble deciding what I want, can you help me?

​

7. Does the bike come with a warranty?

 

All standard parts come with a warranty offered by Triumph, anything customized by us comes with a six month warranty.

8. What if I’m not happy with the bike?

 

We offer a 100% money back guarantee within ten days of delivery or 50 miles ridden.
