Humble beginnings in Memphis, TN

Back in 1974, my dad brought home a Honda 1200cc. I was a kid, but that bike pretty much set the course for the rest of my life. From then on, motorcycles were just… my thing. I’ve ridden them, worked on them, torn them apart, and put them back together more times than I can count.
For years, building my own bikes was the dream. I’d spend late nights reading about design, studying frames, figuring out why certain bikes just looked right while others didn’t. I knew one day I’d take my shot, but there was always something in the way — work, responsibilities, timing.
In 2024, the timing finally lined up. I left my job, cleared out space in the garage, and started building. At first, it was just one bike. Then another. Then I started sketching ideas for things I hadn’t seen before, things I wanted to ride myself. It snowballed from there.
Narrator Motorcycles is the result of that momentum — a lifetime of obsession meeting the right moment to go all in. The name “Narrator” comes from the idea that every bike has a story, and it’s our job to help tell it. Whether it’s a one-off custom build or a concept that pushes the envelope, each one is built with a purpose and a point of view.
I’m not trying to reinvent motorcycles. I’m building the kind of bikes I’ve always wanted to see on the road — honest machines with timeless style, tuned to ride as good as they look. This is the work I’ve wanted to do my whole life, and I’m lucky enough to be doing it now.
The garage door’s open. The tools are on the bench.
The first chapter of Narrator Motorcycles is officially here.
